These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this online store (the "Site"), operated by IDK What To Wear ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products, Options, and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to show our items, including colors, print placement, and dimensions, as accurately as we can. Actual appearance can vary slightly between print runs and between display screens, and a printed color rarely matches a screen exactly.

Each product page lists the options available for that design and the measurements that go with them. Sizing is not identical across every style we carry, so please check those details before ordering, and measure a garment you already own if you are between two choices. You are responsible for the options you select at checkout. If what you picked turns out not to suit you, our Refund Policy covers exchanges.

Care instructions are printed on the label inside each item. Washing an item in a way the label does not allow, such as excessive heat, can damage the print, and damage caused that way is not a fault.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock availability in the options you chose, an error in pricing or item information, or suspected fraud.

All prices are shown in USD and can change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors, and we may correct such errors, cancel affected orders, and issue a refund.

Payment is taken securely through our third-party payment providers at the time of purchase. By giving us payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.

4. Shipping & Returns

Delivery times, shipping costs, the origin of shipments, and our returns and exchanges process are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photography, and the slogans and artwork printed on our items, belongs to IDK What To Wear or to our licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of it without our written consent first.

Buying an item gives you ownership of that item. It does not give you any right to reproduce the design on other goods, whether for sale or otherwise.

6. Reviews and Submissions

If you post a review, photo, or other content to the Site, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share it in connection with our items and marketing. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or that infringes anyone else's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

Break any law or regulation that applies to you
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party
Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or another customer's account
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site can contain links to third-party websites and services we neither own nor control, including our payment processor and our shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and everything we sell are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, IDK What To Wear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or your purchase from us. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or from your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the item that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IDK What To Wear, together with its owners, employees, and affiliates, against any claim, damage, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Arizona, United States.
